Return & Exchange

As a homegrown label, Ajuni does not offer returns or refunds. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and produced in limited quantities, and we encourage our customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. However, we do offer exchanges in specific cases to ensure a fair and satisfactory experience.

Exchanges are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or if there is a size issue (too big or too small). All exchange requests must be made within three days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. The product must be returned in its original condition. Any item that is found to be used, altered, soiled, damaged after delivery, or incomplete will not qualify for an exchange. Ajuni reserves the sole right to assess the condition of the returned product and determine its eligibility.

Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange for the pickup of the product within three to five business days. As we work with third-party logistics partners, we have limited control over their operations. In cases where a returned product is received in a damaged or altered condition, the exchange request will be declined, and the responsibility will lie with the customer.

After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check within two to four business days. Upon successful inspection, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Please note that custom orders made specifically for clients are not eligible for exchange. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Items purchased during seasonal sales are not eligible for exchange. Only one exchange per order is permitted, and any further requests will not be entertained.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can either email us at contact@ajuniindia.com with your name, order number, and issue details, or visit the “Delivery & Payment” section on our website and fill out the Exchange Request form. We will be happy to assist you.
