1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ajuniindia.com (the “Website”) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by Ajuni, a brand of Alaukik Apparels Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Handcrafted Variation

Every Ajuni piece is hand-embroidered by artisans in the Kashmir Valley. Minor variations in embroidery, motif placement, and finish are inherent to genuine handwork and are not defects. Product colours may also vary slightly from what you see on screen depending on your display.

We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Quantities are limited; we may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. In case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Orders & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking details are emailed once shipped. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier. See our Shipping & Payments page for full details. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Exchanges & Returns

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery through our Exchange Request form. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including designs, embroidery patterns, product photography, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Alaukik Apparels Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
• Interfere with the Website’s operation or security
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or orders

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order or use of the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Alaukik Apparels Pvt. Ltd.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
